Utica TS-100 Adjustable Torque Limiting Screwdriver, 20 to 100 in-oz

These tools feature aluminum housings to reduce weight and maximize durability. A unique roller bearing cam produces smooth, accurate, and consistent performance when tightening fasteners. When the maximum torque setting is achieved, the cam mechanism automatically slips to prevent over-tightening. Miniature Model TT1, used for very small fastening applications, has a universal collet chuck and a "swivel-top" knob. Standard Models TS30, TS35 and TS100 have an easy-release, chuck-type collet that accepts 1/4" hex bits and adapters. These "TS" Series screwdrivers are color-coded for easy identification. Plus, a patented, spring-loaded locking collar locks the scale at the desired torque setting. This prevents the operator from accidentally using the screwdriver in the unlocked position, which may lead to incorrectly tightened fasteners. All screwdrivers have a micrometer scale calibrated according to ASME-B107.14M. Accuracy is ±6% (from 20% to 100% of full scale).
