Drop-front panels are double-wall constructed for added rigidity and tool security. Your valuable tools can't "walk away" with the drop-front panel in place and the chest locked. Front panel conceals and secures drawers. Stores in base when not in use. The integral side panel/slide construction evenly distributes and transfers drawer loads to the chest bottom panel. Thick, wool felt drawer liners help keep tools clean and protect against corrosion. All chests come with cylinder lock and milled key changes to help protect contents. Chest lid hinges are equipped with rust-resistant, stainless-steel pins which are staked to prevent punch-out and lid removal. Slide limit stops drawers from extending beyond chest frame. Model 520 has a vinyl cushioned, steel core top handle. Models 526 and 52611 have steel side handles for lifting. All chests come with brown wrinkle finish.
