These water soluble, biodegradable, temporary solder masking discs will prevent molten solder from contacting the protected areas of the circuit board during wave soldering. They will protect desired areas including copper, gold, silver, and solder surfaces during assembly and soldering operations, then wash off in hot water. Solderability of the protected surface is not impaired and no residue is left after an aqueous wash process is completed. aged in a moisture impervious bag with desiccant to insure long term storage stability in extreme humidity. Supplied on rolls containing 5000 discs.
