These assembly fixtures are designed for hand stuffing, lead clinching, and hand soldering. Each fixture includes one hardcoat-anodized, double-sided, spring-loaded rail with tension adjustment and one standard rail. Rails slide easily in heavy channels with unique captive nuts and large thumbscrews for quick, easy set-up. The 3/32" aluminum and gold-anodized cover, with protective foam, features easy-locking, steel spring latches with three positions for adjusting pressure on components. Standard 360° rotational Flip-Raks feature a spring-loaded lock that, when released, easily rotates to a 15° or 45° angle on both sides, then automatically relocks. The very sturdy base doubles as a handy tool tray and is adjustable from front to back for comfortable positioning. Low profile Flip-Raks are used to keep circuit boards at a lower working height. Support legs located at the back of the fixture are adjustable to provide working angles from 0° to 35°. For cut-and-clinch or soldering, the fixture can be turned over or easily raised to a 90° angle.
