Extech 2000-Count DMM with IR Laser Thermometer

These true-RMS, autoranging multimeters feature a non-contact infrared thermometer that can be used to measure surface temperature of objects unsafe to contact or difficult to reach. IR thermometer has an 8:1 distance-to-target ratio with 0.95 fixed emissivity. Meters measure DC/AC voltage, DC/AC current, resistance, and temperature. Additional features include true-RMS AC measurements, easy-to-read 1"-high digits on backlit display, low current capability down to 0.1ìA, input fuse protection and mis-connection warnings with audible and visible signals, auto power-off, and Data Hold. There are two models to choose from. 2000-count Model EX450 has basic VDC accuracy of 0.5% and comes with Max Hold function. 4000-count Model EX470 has basic VDC accuracy of 0.3%, comes with Relative function and duty cycle, and provides capacitance and frequency measurements. All meters come with CAT III test leads, multi-position tilt stand, hanging strap, holster with test lead storage, K-type bead wire temperature probe, and 9V battery.
