Sole grounders provide a more complete path-to-ground than regular heel or toe grounders. Wider and constant contact with floor at ball of foot allows for rapid and complete static dissipation throughout entire walking motion. 3-layer black conductive rubber sole has a non-marring lining that prevents carbon marking on shoes. Adjustable D-ring and clasp fastening system provides flex while walking, and allows for easy installation and removal. Conductive nylon polyester grounding strap, with built-in 1MΩ resistor.
