Why was my credit card declined?

The most frequent reason for credit card declines is a billing address entered that does not match the address to which your credit card billing statement is delivered. If you are uncertain as to what the correct address is, please contact your credit card issuer directly.

Does HMC Electronics ship internationally?

Orders shipped outside the United States and Canada must be paid via wire transfer in advance, and must be shipped via a preferred shipper against your account. Currently, international orders are not taken online, and we are unable to acccept credit card payments for orders shipped outside the United States and Canada. All such orders are subject to a $500.00 USD minimum order value.

Hazardous chemicals are not shipped outside the United States under any circumstances.

I want my order to arrive tomorrow.

Orders placed online are automatically scheduled to ship to you via UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground. This is the most economical shipping option, and delivery generally occurs within 1 to 5 business days.

If you would prefer an overnight or expedited service, please make note of this preference in "Additional Comments" at Checkout. An additional charge for expedited shipping may apply, and you will be informed via email or telephone of any such charges after we receive your order.

I want to bill my shipping charges to my UPS or FedEx Account.

Simply advise us of your request, making sure to enter your UPS or FedEx account number in "Additional Comments" at Checkout. Also, please be sure to tell us what type of service you require (overnight, 2-day or 3-day service).

I have lost my user ID and/or my password.

Your User ID is the e-mail address you used when you placed your order. Please click here if you have lost your password and we will e-mail it to you.

How do I know if my order was submitted correctly?

E-mail confirmations are always sent to the e-mail address you specified when you placed your order. Also, copies of orders placed online are available to you in your account. Log in with your User ID and Password to access copies of orders placed online.

How do I know if my items are in stock?

Approximately 85% of orders we receive Monday through Friday ship within 24 hours. Sometimes, shipment may be delayed. We'll notify you via telephone or email if your products are not available for shipment within seven (7) days from the date of order placement.

How will I be kept informed of my order's delivery status?

Internet order delivery status is updated each weekday at 7:00PM EST/EDT. If your order is to ship via UPS, you'll be emailed your tracking number once it becomes available. You will also receive a separate email once your order physically leaves our facility.

Will HMC Electronics sell my information to any third parties?

No. Any information you provide is used solely for purposes of filling your order unless you otherwise specify.
