Features blue Velcro fastener, reinforced heel cup, and economical sewn-in 1MW resistor. Velcro loop material stretches during use for comfort and a secure fit. Heel cup is 0.060" thick, 1-3/8" wide reinforced elastomer with non-smudging interior and black conductive exterior. The dual heel cup can be rotated to double its useful life. 3/8" fray-resistant, polyester tab with conductive fibers creates excellent contact.
