An elastic strip attaches the D-ring buckle to the heel cup, stretching during use for comfort and to keep the heel grounder from sliding off the foot. A high visibility, red Velcro cinch strap provides a secure fit. Heel cup is 0.060" thick, 1-3/8" wide reinforced elastomer with non-smudging interior and black conductive exterior. The dual heel cup can be rotated to double its useful life. Grounder includes sewn-in 1MWresistor and 3/8" fray-resistant polyester tab with conductive fibers.
