The Dri-Shield 2000 bag fully protects moisture-sensitive devices from ESD, static fields and tribocharging. Multiple layers of metalized polyester replace costly nylon/foil laminates found with other brands to provide puncture resistance and moisture barrier in an economical dry package. This highly reliable material meets or exceeds MVTR and EMI/RFI/Static Shielding requirements of MIL-B-81705C, Type I and EIA 583, Type I for static safe, moisture barrier packaging. Strong and lightweight, these bags are suitable for vacuum packaging and nitrogen flushing. They have static-dissipative inner and outer surfaces, are amine-free (pass outgassing and corrosion tests), heat-sealable, printed with ESD and moisture symbols, and date and lot coded for traceability. Ideal for packaging SMDs in trays, shipping tubes, and tape and reel. 100 bags per package.
