Used for "non-residual" cleaning of relay contacts. Supplied with six abrasive blades stored in barrel of pen. Changing depth of blade in chuck varies blade rigidity. Pen-barrel is 4-1/2" long x 3/8" diameter, and made of sturdy plastic for dielectric work. Blades are 1-3/4" long x 3/16" wide x .007" thick.
