These units safely transport and store large circuit boards or large quantities of small boards. Also ideal for circuit board curing operations. Trucks provide 48 levels for circuit boards, 3/8" deep slides for positive board capture, and 11/16" on center spacing for high density loading. Middle panel has extrusions on both sides. Slides accept boards up to 22-1/2" long and up to 1/2" thick. Units come standard with two end and one center panel. Panels slide along side frames to the exact width of boards. Holding knobs at each panel corner are mutually tightened to hold panels securely in place. To accommodate boards from 3" to 22-1/2" deep, the vertical stop bar on each panel can be placed in any location along its face. All-metal truck components and extruded aluminum slides eliminate electrostatic build-up in properly grounded units. Numbering strip provides easy identification of storage levels.
