This kit is compatible with EOS/ESD Standard S4.1-1990, "Work Surfaces - Resistive Characterization"; ESD S7.1-1994, "Floor Materials - Resistive Characterization of Materials"; and MIL-W-87893, "Workstation, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Control". The meter has separate scales and test settings for measuring surface-to-ground and surface-to-surface resistance at two prescribed test voltages (10V and 100V), system continuity, and the open circuit test voltage. The scales are both color-coded and numbered, and very easy to read. Kit contains all of the components needed to make testing mats and other surfaces simple and accurate: a lightweight, user-friendly megohmmeter; two 5-lb. test weights; two 10-ft. test leads; one insulated bulldog clip; one alligator clip; one continuity test plate; 22.5V and 1.5V batteries; and operator's manual. All components are packaged in a foam-lined carrying case. Test kit is available with or without Certificate of Calibration.
