Effectively grounds mobile personnel when in contact with conductive floors and mats. With a comfortable elastic hook-and-loop ankle strap, it fits most shoes. An extra-long 24" conductive contact ribbon accomodates most boots. The intrinsic resistance of the shoe strap does not increase shock hazard to the user. Non-marking insulating interior sole material will not come off on shoes and clothing. Includes a safety 1MW resistor.
