"245" is a halide-free, rosin based, no-clean core flux
that provides excellent wetting combined with optimal
reliability and cosmetics. "245" is compliant to Bellcore
GR-78 and is classified as ROL0 per J-STD-004.
Kester's patented cored wire manufacturing process uses a unique high pressure,
90° extrusion process to virtually eliminate solder occlusions and flux voids. Modern
wire manufacturing equipment has made Kester unsurpassed in the high volume
manufacture of very fine diameter flux cored wire solder.
