"44" is a high activity RA core flux designed for excellent instant wetting action, even
on nickel surfaces. Although "44" is an RA-based material, the residues are noncorrosive
if not cleaned. "44" is classified as ROM1 per J-STD-004.

90° extrusion process to virtually eliminate solder occlusions and flux voids. Modern
