To use a shaker box, just place the cor-rect size grid plate in the box. Next, place a handful of fasteners onto the grid plate and shake the box gently. The fasteners will orient themselves heads up in the slots within the grid plates (threaded portion down in the slot) for fast and easy pick-up by the finder on vacuum pick-up tools or a magnetized bit used on power tools. Hard rubber shaker box and grid plates must be ordered separately.
