A simple, precise gage for measuring, monitoring and adjusting the solder wave contact on automatic wave soldering equipment. During use, the tempered-glass panel is installed in the conveyor to simulate a board passing over the fluxer, pre-heater and solder-wave. Lev Check® gages are made from clear glass, so wave shape, wave turbulence, flux coverage, and other critical factors can be observed from "topside". The gage's heat-resistant calibration grid enables very accurate level adjustments to be made to the transport system. Chose a gauge size that is close to the width of the actual wave. Optional edge brackets are available to convert panels to 1/16" where necessary to fit holding fixtures.
