Makes it possible to use steady output soldering irons (and solder pots) in a variety of applications. By varying line voltage to the iron, wattage and tip temperature can be adjusted as needed. With a capacity of 300W, several small irons can be controlled simultaneously. Ideal for applications which have changing production line requirements and where accurate working ranges are required by government specifications. Model 871 features a voltmeter for visual display of input and a pilot light to indicate cycling.
