This compact tool allows you to check AC/DC voltage, AC current, resistance and continuity (beeper). It can stay connected to live lines much longer than solenoid-type testers, and is rugged enough to withstand a 10-foot drop. Available in 600V and 1000V versions, both designed to conform to IEC 1010-1 Category III standards. OpenJaw™ feature lets you check current up to 100 amps without breaking the circuit. Displays resistance to 1000 ohms. Detachable Slim-Reach™ test probes, designed to fit in wall sockets and tight spots, stow neatly in the back of the tester. Auto-off mode conserves battery life. Both models come complete with (2) AA batteries, test leads with detachable probe tips, and instruction sheet, Optional H5 holster keeps test probes and leads ready to test, and lets you clip tester onto your belt.
