Molded of polyethylene and resistant to highly reactive compounds and solvents, these syringes are ideally suited for potting, encapsulating, and sealing miniature and subminiature components. They permit the discharge of the proper amount of material into small and hard-to-fill areas without flooding, starving or dripping. Completely disposable, they eliminate the necessity for cleaning with costly solvents and greatly reduce the danger of skin irritation likely to result from contact with residue of compounds being handled. Two types to choose from. Tapered-tip syringes have a molded-on needle with .060" orifice that can be cut back to obtain a larger size hole. Luer-lock syringes come without dispensing needle and accept any of the interchangeable needles described at right.
