Features 10X, 23mm super widefield eyepieces that provide a magnification range of 7X to 45X with a working distance of 4.5". An optional 0.5X supplementary lens (P/N 23750) provides a magnification range of 3.5X to 22.5X and increases the system’s working distance to 8". This increased working distance not only provides additional space for operator maneuverability, but also decreases the chance that products may become damaged during inspection. The microscope is mounted on a boom stand that has a 10" x 10" die cast base (weighing 22.5 lbs.), a vertical column that is 19.5" in height, and a horizontal dual boom ball-bearing extension of 24". Boom stand can be adjusted to virtually any vertical and horizontal angle to provide unlimited positioning. The scope’s sturdy, cast aluminum alloy housing rotates 360° in its focus mount. Dual graduated knobs on both sides of the head control the zoom adjustment. A dimmable 150W fiber-optic Illuminator with continuous annular ring light provides 360° of shadow-free uniform illumination while allowing the operator to regulate the exact amount of light desired. System comes in two configurations with all the necessary video output components to make the trinocular S-Z microscope digital imaging capable. Model 23719RB-LCD comes with a 1/2" CCD color camera which features up to 500 lines of horizontal resolution and mounts on to the microscope using a video adapter. Images are viewed on a flat panel LCD color monitor (included) that has a 15" diagonal viewing area. Model 23719RB-USBSR includes a video adapter and USB 2.0 STD camera that can interface to a laptop or desktop, allowing you to capture streaming video or still images for later cataloging or sharing of inspection results.
