Desco Statfree® Type Z2 Dissipative 3-Layer Vinyl, Blue, 24" x 36" Table Mat
Features a top layer of dissipative vinyl, a
conductive grid mesh middle layer, and a bottom layer of dissipative foam
cushioning. The abrasion-resistant, top layer is smooth and easy to clean.
The conductive inner layer provides a lower resistance path to ground for
faster dissipation of static charges. The cushioned vinyl bottom layer
provides energy absorption for components and sub-assemblies susceptible to
physical shock. This 3-layer, heat-fused, vinyl composite resists
delamination, reduces unintended alternative ground paths, and is
compatible for use with continuous monitors. The material is 1/8"
thick, has a resistance-to-ground of 106 - 108ohms, and meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 and EIA-625. Pre-cut
table mats come with 15-ft. common point ground cord (P/N 09826) and a
universal snap mounting kit (P/N 09864). Grounding hardware is not included
with roll stock and must be purchased separately.
