Sole grounders provide a more complete path-to-ground than regular heel or toe grounders. The wider and constant contact with the floor at the ball of the foot allows for rapid and complete static dissipation throughout the entire walking motion. The rubber sole pattern is made from a black, conductive, outer layer, and a non-marring lining that prevents carbon marking on shoes. D-ring and snap-loc fastening systems allow for flex while walking and easy installation and removal. A conductive, nylon, polyester, grounding strap, with built-in 2MW resistor, complies with UL and OSHA standards. Available in three sizes.
