The best replacement for CFC-113. Contains Cirozane(tm), which is based on new ozone-safe HFE (hydrofluoroether) technology. This chemical is non-ozone depleting (CFC and HCFC-free), safe to use on plastics, and non-flammable (may be used on energized equipment). It evaporates quickly, leaving no residue, and has low surface tension that allows it to flush tight areas clean.
