The Arlink Series 7000 system lets you tailor traditional work benches to your needs while providing greater versatility than conventional work benches. Start with the basic 30" high bench and add accessories now or later, as needed. Order leg extenders to adjust the height of your bench to 32" or 34". All Series 7000 benches feature the same heavy-duty frame in a choice of lengths and depths. They are capable of supporting 1000 lbs., evenly distributed. Bench tops are either standard off-white laminate or a static-dissipative laminate. All metal components are finished in an attractive gray color.
1. Bench Top - Standard work surface for the 7000 Series bench is 1.5" high density particle board covered on all sides and top with .030" thick, off-white, non-glare plastic laminate. Underside of work surface is sealed against moisture, warping and shedding. Front edge is contoured for comfort. Static-dissipative work surface has a special .040" thick matte finsih plastic laminate that provides a controlled path to ground for the dissipation of static electricity. A grounding kit is provided and must be properly installed to ensure ESD protection.
2. Riser Shelf - 14" deep shelves are finished in either standard or static-dissipative laminate to match specified work surface. Steel box supports are 19" high and 11" wide.
3. Electrical Panel - Fits inside either or both box supports for riser shelf. Includes illuminated ISA circuit breaker, 4 duplex receptacles, and power cord.
4. Undershelf Light Fixture - Fastens to underside of riser shelf with wood screws. Molded plastic fixture with one 36" fluorescent tube, plastic lens, power cord, and rocker switch.
5. Footrest - Heavy gauge channel steel footrest mounts between horizontal leg ties.
6. Steel Drawers - Mount wunder work surface left or right. Smooth nylon rollers, recessed pulls, drawer stops, locks.
Includes drawer hangers.
