Used to test hand, power and pulse tools. Durable and portable design is ideal for a variety of light assembly applications. Tester provides easy and convenient one-button operation, and three modes (peak, first peak, and track) of processing torque signals. Serial communication port provides data output to computers or serial printers. Selectable frequency response allows user to configure the filtering necessary for testing torque tools. Torque can be tested in both clockwise and counter-clockwise directions. Push-button zero allows user to quickly re-zero instrument reading. Keylock security prevents inadvertent programming changes. Other features include adjustable auto-clear, accuracy of ±.5% of indicated reading, and eight different user-selectable engineering scales. Operates on either rechargeable NiMH batteries or AC power. Tester is supplied with a joint simulator and 1/4" hex test bit.
