Gold-Flow™ heating profiles are superior to batch and other ovens for several reasons. Each heating zone is programmable through the controller which stores up to 100 profiles. These in-line ovens include three vertical heating zones plus a cooling zone with a choice of two heating options (100% forced air convection or IR/convection mixed). Conveyor speed, heating elements, forced air generators, and cooling fans are all programmable. Other features include real-time graphic temperature profiler, ISO-9000 SPC fault monitoring and reporting, battery memory backup, and a 7-day timer for automatic machine start-up.
